[How-to] Install FFmpeg 1.0 via tarball

1. Download the "Angel" tarball
2. Extract
3. cd to the directory and run "./configure"
4. make
5. make installBe warned that this will probably break most of your packages if you do so as root, most are dependant on 0.1
